At Koskii, we strive to ensure you love every ensemble you purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice and all ethnic embellishments are protected for transit.

  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup acknowledgment receipt.

  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
